Title: Language Training Consultant

Salary: £20,000 DOE+ Commission

Location: Swansea

Contract duration: Permanent                                         

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9.30-5.30

RLI, part of the Wolfestone Group, are looking for a driven outbound sales consultant to drive and develop the existing business. Based in our Swansea office we are looking for someone who can be proactive in sourcing and converting new leads through consistent sales activity. You will be selling into businesses offering a language training service.  

The Sales team at RLI are dedicated and focused on growing the business to hit and exceed its targets as well as their own.

This is not just cold calling. You will have the chance to go to trade shows, conduct face to face meetings with potential and existing clients, work closely with the project management team, who are also based in Swansea, to deliver projects on time to your clients and work closely with the marketing team to develop new marketing literature to drive your own sales.  

This role will really suit someone who is based close to Swansea, experienced in sales, who wants to make this market their own and really put their own stamp on the role.
